Shooting Drill
Purpose:
To develop
quick-reaction shooting skills.
Procedure:

squad is divided into three groups and a goalkeeper. The coach

shoots, or passes to a team-mate who must shoot first time. The
service must be continuous and each team is timed for a set
duration before changing over its role. The coach can serve a
variety of techniques, such as the volley. the team which does
not have ball possession must challenge immediately to prevent
shots and force shooting errors.

(a)
