Purpose: To develop quick-reaction shooting skills.

Procedure: The squad is divided into three groups and a goalkeeper. The coach stands inside the penalty box and half-circle and serves balls into the area for players to shoot quickly at goal. The service is indiscriminate and whichever player gets to the ball first shoots, or passes to a team-mate who must shoot first time. The service must be continuous and each team is timed for a set duration before changing over its role. The coach can serve a variety of techniques, such as the volley. the team which does not have ball possession must challenge immediately to prevent shots and force shooting errors.

Development:
(a) The coach records the teams' scores and gives added "bonus" points for players who perform difficult techniques, such as overhead shots at goal.
